1950
Our first Factory in Autol
Founded in 1950 by Don Jesús Fernández Baroja an Mrs Saturnina Hernandez, this company was a pioneer on manufacturing preserved food in La Rioja. The first factory was placed in Autol and it focused its activity in the manufacturing of asparagus, mushrooms and artichokes, all of them traditional products of the area.

1975
We moved
In 1975, the factory was moved and expanded to increase its mushroom and asparagus production and to develop its new syrups line.

2003
New facilities in 2003
In 2003 the company opened its new facilities with 40.000 sqm. In these modern facilities, new technologies are applied to traditional production processes.

2015
Purchase of the company Cambra Selección in Cadreita
With the purchase of Cambra Selección in Cadreita, Navarra, the company manufactures 35,000 tons of products, offering a wide range of local products. All of them are traditionally treated and with production processes exhaustively controlled by our quality system.

2017
Export award
Its exporting vocation has made that currently almost 80% of its production is sold all over the world, from Europe (France, Portugal, Italy ...) to America (USA, Mexico, Ecuador, Argentina ...), Asia (Arab Emirates, Dubai ...) and Africa (Morocco, Algeria, Angola ...).
Our facilities
Total flexibility in the logistics strategy
FERBA Group has two modern facilities for the line of preserved food vegetables. One of them is placed in Adeanueva de Ebro, La Rioja with more than 40.000sqm and the other is placed in Cadreita, Navarra, with 20.000sqm.
Our factories combine perfectly the artisanal treatment of raw materials with the industrial process in terms of quality and safety of the final product. All the manufacture processes are rigorously responsible and respectful with the enviroment.


We offer food companies total flexibility in terms of formats, recipes and logistics strategy. We understand that international markets cohabit in a globalized one but each one remains rooted in certain customs and habits.
Group Companies
Production and Diversification Capacity
The development of our group is based on two essential pillars; production capacity and diversification. Besides, we keep investing to expand the Factory itself, installing the best technology to increase its manufacturing power.
In order to offer the market the best products, the canned food Brand CAMBRA was purchased in 2015, as well as the Factory in Cadreita, strengthening our range of high quality vegetable products.

Nowadays FERBA Group has the following own brands: Ferba; Baroja; Villadea and Cambra Selección.
The diversification strategy of the Group took place in 2000 with the start-up of an exciting project; Torremaciel Winery, in the Certificate of Origin Rioja. With the brands Torre; Marqués de Carabás and GR 1129, Torremaciel wanted to invest in the prestigious wine market.
